Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Nancy Olaoye is a Co-founder and Director at Create in Colour Agency. She leads business development, growth, and strategic initiatives for creators and brands. With over a decade of global marketing and branding experience across three continents and various sectors, Nancy is a dynamic and results-driven professional.

Prior to founding Create in Colour, she managed social strategy for major brands like Microsoft, Toshiba, and Tim Horton’s. As an Influencer Manager, she significantly boosted EduTuber Alexa Polidoro's online course revenue by over 140% in just three years. An influencer in her own right, Nancy has partnered with notable brands, including Sweaty Betty in the UK.

Kafi Wright 

Kafi Wright is the Co-Founder and COO of Create In Colour and was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago. She has a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from the USA and a Master of Science in International Marketing from London.

Kafi’s career spans roles such as Head of Marketing at an EdTech company, where she led digital campaigns that boosted brand awareness and steadily increased sales; Brand Manager in e-commerce, where she refined brand strategies through market research; and Social Media Manager for a BioTech company, where she crafted innovative strategies that elevated brand visibility and engagement.

Shakira Akinjobi

Shakira is the Co-Founder and Director of Talent at Create in Colour, responsible for developing and shaping influencer strategy for brands. With a rich digital, social and media background spanning over a decade at Global firms including WPP, Dentsu and Publicis; Shakira has established herself as an authority in orchestrating brand partnerships, sponsorships, and delivering global influencer campaigns.

Shakira's expertise extends to business program leads across a range of sectors, including FMCG, Finance, Technology, and Automotive. Notably, she has produced global influencer strategies for brands including Expedia, Danone, and Wimbledon procuring both local and international talent partnerships as well as spearheaded BMW's global influencer initiatives and platform integration. She is also a vocal advocate for influencer marketing, within the wider industry and was spotlighted in 2020 Campaign Faces to Watch.
